I. Damaged or Incorrect Products or Size Issues

If your item is damaged or there is a product or size issue, we offer a Free Return/Replacement.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process a claim, you must record a continuous unboxing video from the moment you open the courier seal. This is required to verify the condition of the parcel.
  • Product Barcode Tag Requirement: Every piece comes with a barcode tag. If the barcode tag is cut, removed, or tampered with, the item is strictly ineligible for return.
  • Condition for Return: Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original Silva box with all packaging intact.
  • 3 Days Window: You must raise return request within 3 days of delivery.

II. How to Submit a Return Request

  • Initiate on Website: Tap the Return Icon located in the top navigation header.
  • Select Reason: Enter your Order ID and contact details, then choose your specific return reason from the dropdown.
  • Upload Proof: Upload clear photos of the item (showing the attached barcode tag) and the mandatory continuous unboxing video. Note: Without the unboxing video, the return request will not be approved.
  • Approval & Reverse Pickup: Our team will review your submission within 24–48 hours. Once approved, an automated reverse pickup will be scheduled from your delivery address.

III. Store Credit

We do not provide cash refunds. For all approved returns:

  • The amount will be credited to your account as Store Credit.
  • Validity: Store credit is valid for 365 days (one year) from the date of issue.
